About the course

The 14-Day Rescue Sprint™ Mini-Course is built for project managers, PMO leaders and rescue leads who need to take control of a troubled project quickly, without making the situation worse. It follows a day-by-day sequence. Days 1–3 establish control, protect critical commitments and contain the most serious exposures. Days 4–7 stabilize scope, resources, dependencies and vendors, ending with a Mid-Sprint Health Review. Days 8–12 restore decision and delivery discipline: faster decisions, credible forecasts, protected quality, aligned stakeholders and validated root causes. Days 13–14 test recovery readiness and bring leadership an evidence-based recommendation and a documented decision. Each chapter ends with a practical activity, and a completion checklist confirms you have produced every deliverable. The goal is not temporary calm. It is genuine stabilization that leadership can act on.
